Although the fan does the job and seems like it will run for years it is operated with a pull Chain mechanism. This particular fan was not wired for the Casablanca W32 Inteli Touch Wall Control. Had I known this, I would not have purchased it for a room with 20' ceilings. The off brand controller doesn't allow you to switch directions or use the 6 speeds of this fan.
